It is possible to create a shape with a thin and long tip. Compared to conventional fine processing, the roundness and coaxiality precision of multi-stage pins are high, and it can accommodate any number of stages and lengths for punch pins. We can manufacture from a single piece.
We specialize in processing various types of superhard pins, particularly in delicate machining such as ultra-fine processing.
We perform precision machining of carbide pins. For core pins, guide pins, and stepped pins used for positioning that require high precision, we utilize the properties of carbide to achieve a wire diameter tolerance of +/- 0.05um. Please contact us if you need precision machining of round pins.
